Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
